OUR CLASSES

Learn more about the variety of classes we run.

  • A ‘high intensity interval training’ (HIIT) workout consists of exercises performed in repeated quick bursts, at maximal or near maximal effort, with periods of rest or low activity between exercises.

  • Our Lite classes are challenging and achievable for all fitness levels; great if you’re new to exercise, recovering from an injury or just returning to fitness. These sessions are varied, including strength, core, circuits and HIIT, with options to run, jog or walk, depending on your fitness levels.

  • A full body, non-contact workout. You will be challenged with exercises that help develop your speed, agility, power, and fitness. These sessions are also a lot of fun and a great opportunity to meet new people.

  • Involves exercises that are designed to improve strength and muscular endurance. It is often associated with the lifting of weights, and can be done using just your bodyweight.

  • Combines the benefits of HIIT and Strength training; saving time, and making a ‘HIIT Strength’ workout very efficient and challenging. We start with a HIIT workout and add weights, adding variety to your fitness training.

  • A form of exercise that can involve numerous different components such as endurance, strength or high-intensity cardio exercises. It will help to develop your strength and muscular endurance, whilst making workouts more fun.
